About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Brandon Trust. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in empowering individuals with autism to live fulfilling lives, develop daily living skills, and maintain meaningful relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Empower individuals to take control of their lives and make informed decisions
  • Develop and implement daily living skills training programs
  • Support individuals to access community resources, employment opportunities, and social activities
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individual care plans
  • Communicate effectively with individuals, their families, and external professionals
  • Maintain accurate records and reports

Requirements

  • Full manual driving license and access to a vehicle
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and provide support to colleagues
