We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Plymouth, working with autistic adults in our community services. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in helping individuals achieve independence and personal goals, while providing support and transportation to integrate into their community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Help individuals develop home making skills and personal chores
  • Support and transport individuals to community activities
  • Develop and implement personalized support plans to promote independence and well-being
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and external agencies to ensure seamless support
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience working with vulnerable adults, preferably in a residential setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
  • Valid driving license (desirable)
  • Enhanced DBS check (desirable)
