About the Role
The Learning Support division is excited to announce an opportunity for a passionate and dedicated individual to contribute to our mission of providing exceptional assistance to young individuals with an Education Health and Care Plan (EHCP).
Key Responsibilities
- Implement, monitor, and evaluate the progress of students with EHCPs.
- Collaborate effectively with students, their families, caregivers, and various stakeholders to ensure inclusive and stimulating support.
- Assist students in achieving their personal and educational goals outlined in their EHCPs, promoting their growth towards career aspirations or independent living.
What We Offer

Additionally, we recognize the importance of time off and offer a generous leave policy, including standard Bank Holidays, an extra 5 days during the Christmas period, and 2 'ME' days for personal time, along with an additional day dedicated to well-being on campus.
