Job Summary:

Yorkshire Talent Partners is seeking a highly skilled Business and Sales Analyst to join our team. As a Business and Sales Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the sales and operations team by analyzing and presenting data to colleagues and senior leaders within the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize MS Excel to an intermediate level, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and IF statements, to create sales data and analyze product ranges.
  • Support the sales team with up-to-date information to increase business revenue by creating short, medium, and long-term data.
  • Identify key trends within the market and provide insights to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain reports using MS PowerPoint to present findings to the team.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to analyze customer sales data and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Provide ad-hoc support to the sales team with business data and analysis.

Requirements:

  • Excellent MS Office skills, including MS Excel.
  • Preferably some experience working within a sales environment.
  • Ability to liaise with team members and present data effectively.
  • Ideally, data management/analyst experience.

What We Offer:

  • Salary up to £28,000 depending on experience.
  • 8.30am-5pm Monday to Friday hours.
  • 23 days holiday + bank holidays, to increase to 25 days.
  • Pension.
  • Free onsite parking.
