About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Finance Sales Coordinator to join our team at Stoneacre Motor Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to online motor finance enquiries and provide personalized support to customers
  • Walk customers through every stage of their car buying journey, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience
  • Help customers secure the best motor finance for their needs and support them in finding the perfect car
  • Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Utilize our CRM system to manage customer interactions and achieve sales and performance targets
  • Operate within FCA guidelines and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times

Requirements

  • GCSE level A-C in English and basic IT skills
  • Experience working in a customer service or target-driven environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Results-driven with a desire to succeed
