Job Title: Control Room Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Control Room Supervisor to manage a critical environment office, overseeing the implementation of site Standard Operating Procedures (SSoW) and ensuring compliance with statutory regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement site SSoW, issuing and controlling all permits to work.
  • Proficiently navigate Building Management systems, including BMS, HV Scada, lighting controls, lift, and fire alarm systems.
  • Maintain a safe working environment, adhering to the Health and Safety at Work Act.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve technical issues and ensure effective communication.
  • Ensure all team members possess the necessary training and qualifications, including NVQ Level 3 in Engineering Maintenance.
  • Manage and maintain up-to-date training records and certifications.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in building services, particularly in critical environments such as data centres and MOD facilities.
  • Recognized electrical qualification and expertise in power generation, specifically standby emergency power, UPS, and HVAP.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members.
