We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Support Stage Manager to join our Entertainment team at Butlin's. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our technical entertainment delivery, including coordinating the LX/AV, Sound and Stage teams.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the consistent and smooth running of technical entertainment delivery
- Coordinate the LX/AV, Sound and Stage teams to ensure seamless execution of shows
- Support the Stage Manager with scheduling and team management
- Maintain strict health and safety procedures, including completion of checks and recording
- Develop and implement a robust cover programme for the operation of shows
- Contribute to the ongoing development of the technical team, including succession planning and training
We are looking for a candidate with a passion for delivering high-quality entertainment and a keen eye for detail. The ideal candidate will have:
- 2 years of stage managerial experience
- Experience in coordinating technical teams and ensuring seamless execution of shows
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Able to work across all of our Family breaks, Big Weekenders, and Conferences
