Warehouse Manager / Supervisor

At Nylaplas Engineering Limited, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Manager / Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our warehouse. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all processes, including receiving, storing, and shipping products, are executed efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to improve efficiency and safety.
  • Manage inventory levels, conduct regular audits, and ensure accurate inventory records.
  • Coordinate and optimize the use of warehouse space and equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety, security, and company guidelines.
  • Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.
  • Schedule and assign tasks to staff, ensuring that all operations run smoothly.
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment by promoting teamwork.
  • Monitor stock levels and perform regular stock audits to maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Implement and manage inventory control systems to reduce errors and improve order fulfillment accuracy.
  • Hands-on role in the accurate receiving of raw materials and ensure that products are inspected, labelled, and stored correctly.
  • Manage outbound deliveries, ensuring that orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time.
  • Ensure that the warehouse complies with all relevant health and safety regulations.
