Key Responsibilities:Cyber Security Management:
- Oversee and implement security technologies for endpoints and networks.
- Regularly assess and improve security protocols.
- Assist in managing Managed Service Security offerings.
Threat Intelligence Development:
- Provide advanced solutions in threat intelligence.
- Conduct in-depth research in Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) and cybersecurity.
- Generate comprehensive reports, white papers, and analyses on emerging threats and trends.
Client Interaction:
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in threat intelligence, delivering detailed insights through reports and briefings.
- Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Engage with clients to offer customized security solutions.
Collaboration and Strategic Development:
- Establish and nurture relationships with external vendors and internal stakeholders.

Experience & Knowledge:
- 5-10 years of experience in cyber security with a specialization in threat intelligence.
- Experience in pre-sales to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Expertise in:
- Cyber Threat Intelligence (research and reporting)
- Managed Services in cybersecurity
- Endpoint and Network Security
- SOC operations (SIEM, SOAR, TIP, etc.)
- Security architecture for partner products
Skills & Abilities:
- A commitment to continuous learning, with a focus on staying informed about the latest cyber threats and technologies.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
- Proven capability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Exceptional communication and writing skills.
- Strong customer expectation management.
- Proficient in time and project management.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Experience in investigating incidents, resolving complex issues, and addressing client needs.
- Ability to monitor global cybersecurity incidents and anticipate potential impacts.
- Experience in tracking and analyzing cyber campaigns, with a deep understanding of attacker motivations and methodologies.
- Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure) and a strong understanding of security challenges in cloud architectures.
