VBSE collaborates with a broad spectrum of stakeholders at all levels, including partners and customers, to ensure the design, delivery, security, reliability, and availability of our services, in alignment with both local and Group-wide policies.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will assist in the security design and implementation for a significant account, functioning as a member of the Security team to fulfill our customers' Information and Cybersecurity needs within VBSE.
You will also aid in the development of essential documentation related to technical security, ensuring that security acts as a facilitator for both VBSE and its clients.

The Security Program Account Manager will serve as a primary contact for security matters under the guidance of the Security Lead for this key client, ensuring the effective delivery of security services in accordance with the Master Service Agreement.

You will oversee the components assigned to you by the Security Lead, managing the entire lifecycle of necessary activities, including scoping work, defining required technical assurances, identifying risks, managing third-party relationships, and making actionable recommendations to the client, while also driving enhancements.


• Assist the Security Lead in managing relationships with customers and VBSE security as needed within the program.

• Support Program Security initiatives and the team, providing guidance to both internal and external stakeholders.

• Aid the Security Team in implementing Physical, Personal, and Procedural security measures within the program.

• Develop and maintain policy documents tailored to the client's requirements, defining the application and impact of these policies. You will lead related workshops with the client and program team.

• Deliver and support contractual security obligations, including Security Aspect Letters (SAL) and Risk Management and Accreditation Document Sets (RMADS).

Qualifications


• Familiarity with HMG SPF, Government Security Classification Policy (GSCP), and MoD Standards and Policy publications.

• Awareness of NIST and ISO2700 series standards.

• Understanding of physical security requirements (StAMP, CMAT).

• CISSP/ISO27001 Internal Auditor certification or equivalent is highly desirable, along with strong ICT, Math, and English skills.

• Capability to obtain Developed Vetting (DV) security clearance.
