About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Cyber Marketing to join our team at NCC Group. As a key member of our marketing leadership team, you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing marketing strategies for our Cyber business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Marketing Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute an integrated marketing strategy aligned with our company's objectives for our Cyber business, including branding, market positioning, target audience segmentation, and clear buyer journeys to drive lead generation, brand awareness, and customer acquisition and retention.
  • Brand Management: Manage the rollout of our new Cyber brand across our global business, engaging with stakeholders including clients, government agencies, employees, alumni, and influencers. Enhance and maintain our company's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
  • Marketing Campaigns: Develop and execute lead generation and nurturing strategies to support business development efforts across our capabilities, verticals, and regional teams. Collaborate with colleagues to create impactful content to support campaign subject matter experts and consultants to produce campaigns content, whitepapers, articles, and case studies.
  • Digital Marketing: Lead digital marketing efforts (organic and paid) to drive quality SQLs and pipeline. Monitor and analyze digital performance metrics to optimize campaigns and drive ROI.
Requirements
  • A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Significant demonstrable experience in marketing leadership roles, preferably within Cyber Security or the consulting or professional services industry.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive business growth.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and data analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with internal teams and external stakeholders.
