Safety Training Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated Health and Safety Trainer to join our team at Consult. As a Safety Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering in-house and off-site training in Oldham, with some regional travel (approximately 20%). Your primary objective will be to ensure all training materials and courses meet safety standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver training to meet course objectives using diverse teaching methods
* Understand legislation and principles of risk assessment
* Inspect and maintain training equipment
* GWO/EUSR/MATS instructing experience is desirable, but not essential, as full training will be provided
* Training experience is required, and ideally, a PTLLS qualification or equivalent is held
* At Height Safety Training Instructors must be physically fit, and a health screening certificate will be requested or can be arranged
