Agent Provocateur, a renowned British brand specializing in lingerie, nightwear, and accessories, is seeking an E-Commerce Operations Specialist to join our dynamic Ecommerce team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless operation of our online platforms.

The E-Commerce Operations Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting our e-commerce, production, and marketing divisions. This position demands exceptional organizational abilities and effective workload management to handle daily tasks while also being adaptable to urgent requests.

Engagement in various projects will create a stimulating and often fast-paced work environment where effective communication is essential.

A passion for online fashion retail is advantageous, and a willingness to learn and contribute to the team's success is vital.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a vital team member for product and category management, responsible for uploading and maintaining product details, pricing, images, videos, and ensuring quality control in accordance with internal timelines.
  • Assist in trade planning and the creation of marketing strategies to identify and promote areas that enhance conversion rates.
  • Oversee the coordination and execution of website updates, peak trading activities, and seasonal campaign launches.
  • Support onsite visual merchandising efforts, actively working to boost conversion rates and sales performance.
  • Assist with inventory checks, stock management, and intake processes to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure timely development and launch of all projects and campaigns.
  • Manage the e-commerce product photography process, reviewing and quality-checking retouched images to ensure timely product launches.
  • Foster strong interdepartmental relationships to facilitate effective collaboration across various business functions.
  • Contribute to web analytics and data reporting on a regular basis, identifying new opportunities for conversion and growth.
  • Assist in enhancing user interface (UI) and user experience (UX), improving search functionality and website navigation.

Qualifications:

  • Basic proficiency in Excel.
  • Experience with Magento 2 is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms such as Dotdigital, Mailchimp, and Omnisend is beneficial.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • A keen attention to detail.
  • A collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities and a positive demeanor.
