HR Advisor Role

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Advisor to join our team at Proftech Talent. As an HR Advisor, you will play a vital role in supporting the HR Manager in driving HR strategy and shaping company culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in monitoring and reviewing HR policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategy.
  • Document and create process flows for HR policies.
  • Address employee and manager queries, directing them to relevant policies.
  • Advise on employee relations issues, including disciplinaries, grievances, performance management, and sickness absence.
  • Participate in performance management, including appraisals.
  • Maintain personnel records and HR systems.
  • Assist in ensuring payroll data accuracy.
  • Build relationships with warehouse staff and hold HR clinics.
  • Collaborate with the Legal & Compliance Team on policies, Health & Safety, and LMS.
  • Support HR projects and collaborate on HR statistics.
  • Manage SharePoint administration and oversee the HR inbox.
Recruitment:
  • Drive recruitment strategy, attracting and retaining talent.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job descriptions, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Evaluate agency performance with the HR Manager.

  • Coordinate employee training and development programs.
