Team Structure: The successful applicant will collaborate with a diverse group of engineers, geologists, and environmental specialists, all part of a broader network of Civil and Structural Engineers.

Core Responsibilities: Our team focuses on early identification and mitigation of unusual costs associated with development projects, delivering comprehensive solutions for various geotechnical, environmental, and waste management challenges for both commercial and private sector clients.

Candidate Requirements: The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of two years of relevant experience and demonstrate a solid history in managing and reporting on contaminated land, as well as conducting geotechnical and civil engineering site assessments.

Key Duties Include:

  • Preparation of Phase 1 and Phase 2 reports
  • Oversight of site-based subcontractors
  • Documentation and analysis of site data
  • Coordination of chemical and geotechnical testing schedules
  • Development of both generic and site-specific health and safety risk assessments

Technical Skills: Familiarity with borehole software such as HoleBase/AGS is advantageous.

Additional Competencies:

  • Proficient in MS Word and Excel, with a foundational understanding of CAD
  • Strong communication skills and report writing capabilities
  • A relevant Master’s degree in geological or environmental science may be beneficial
