About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary leader to head our Data Science and AI Practice in Western Europe. As a key member of our global data leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the growth and expansion of our practice across the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Western European Data Science and AI Practice, driving innovation and growth through strategic partnerships and client engagements.
  • Collaborate with global data leadership to develop and implement a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for the region.
  • Develop and execute a talent acquisition and development plan to build a high-performing team of data scientists and AI experts.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and ML, identifying opportunities to apply these technologies to drive business growth and innovation.
  • Represent EPAM at industry events and conferences, showcasing our expertise and thought leadership in data science and AI.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving business growth through innovation and strategic partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of AI and ML technologies, with experience in designing and implementing end-to-end solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to think strategically and drive business growth through data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in talent acquisition and development.
