Accounts Payable Manager

FremantleMedia Group Ltd is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Business Services team, you will be responsible for managing the Accounts Payable function within our Shared Service Centre.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a team of 5 Accounts Payable staff, providing guidance and support to ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices, expenses, and payments.
- Develop and implement procedures to ensure effective internal controls over Accounts Payable functions, minimizing the risk of theft and fraud.
- Collaborate with the Head of Accounts Payable and Accounts Payable SME to establish procedures and guidelines for Accounts Payable processes, including internal controls.
- Ensure equal distribution of work among team members and provide training and support as needed.
- Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments, and oversee the processing of staff expenses.
- Reconcile Accounts Payable transactions and review documentation to monitor compliance with applicable laws, codes, rules, and regulations.
- Cultivate inclusive and respectful working relationships that support a sense of belonging for all employees.
- Minimum 3 years of solid Accounts Payable Manager experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
- Professional attitude and ability to communicate with people at all levels.
- Good knowledge of SAP and Excel.
- Highly numerate and accurate with excellent attention to detail.
