Marks Sattin is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to join their team in Central London.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience in managing a team of 6 and have expertise in managing staff, establishing procedures, and ensuring effective internal controls over Accounts Payable functions.
Key Responsibilities:- Staff Management: Plan and review Accounts Payable tasks, evaluate performance, and assist team members in accomplishing department goals.
- Procedure Establishment: Help establish procedures and guidelines to mitigate risk of theft and fraud, and ensure effective internal controls over Accounts Payable functions.
- Payment Processing: Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments, oversee processing of staff expenses, and reconcile Accounts Payable transactions.
- Invoice Management: Review invoices, set up for payment, enter and upload into SAP financial system, and perform other duties of a similar nature or level as assigned.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of 6 and will be expected to have excellent communication and leadership skills.
