Accounts Payable Manager

Reed is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to join their dynamic team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This role is ideal for a professional with a minimum of 3 years of solid Accounts Payable experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of 5, overseeing all Accounts Payable functions within the Shared Service Centre.
  • Ensure payments are made accurately and on time.
  • Work alongside Accounts Payable SME to establish procedures and guidelines to mitigate the risk of theft and fraud.
  • Ensure effective internal controls over Accounts Payable functions and assist team members in accomplishing department goals.
  • Maintain approver/dispatcher table maintenance and reconcile Accounts Payable transactions.
  • Review and verify invoices, set invoices up for payment, enter and upload invoices into the SAP financial system.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an Accounts Payable Manager in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Strong customer focus and good knowledge of SAP.
  • Good knowledge of Excel and experience working across multiple Outlook inboxes.
