We are seeking an experienced Accounts and Office Manager to join our team at Agility Resourcing. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing leadership and taking ownership of the Finance function, ensuring accurate completion of period-end processes, and providing analysis and reporting on business performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the Finance function and take responsibility for the accurate completion of period-end processes.
- Supervise 2 staff members, including a Credit Controller and a Payroll Assistant.
- Prepare and report on the aged debt and cash flow forecast per business unit.
- Manage sales and purchase ledger functions, including banking and company credit cards.
- Post all bank receipts and payments to Sage, chasing invoices and receipts for payment as required.
- Reconcile bank accounts and manage all reconciliation work.
Requirements: The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, with strong leadership and analytical skills. They will be able to work accurately and efficiently, with a strong attention to detail.
