Land Acquisition Specialist

The Green Recruitment Company is seeking a skilled Land Manager to join our team in the renewable energy sector. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in identifying, acquiring, and managing land for wind, solar, and battery storage projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Negotiate and Secure Land Agreements: Collaborate with landowners to secure favorable land agreements, leases, and easements that meet project specifications.
- Establish and Maintain Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with landowners throughout the development process.
- Land Acquisition and Management: Identify and acquire suitable land for renewable energy projects, ensuring compliance with planning requirements.
- Project Land Strategy: Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to develop project land strategies that align with overall project objectives.
