Key Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join our team at ECW Search. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing our clients' key accounts across the UK, ensuring account growth, high client satisfaction, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic account plans to meet client needs and drive long-term growth and retention.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact to ensure high client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identify growth opportunities and drive revenue growth through additional product or service offerings.
- Monitor client performance and satisfaction, addressing any issues promptly and implementing improvement plans to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on client goals and ensure seamless delivery of services and support for account growth initiatives.
- Vehicle remarketing expertise, including stock management, auction strategies, and residual values.
- Strong analytical skills to analyse market trends, client data, and sales metrics to identify opportunities for growth and areas for improvement.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Project management proficiency to handle multiple accounts, ensure timely execution of strategies, and meet client expectations and deadlines.
- Customer-centric mindset to understand and anticipate client needs and provide tailored solutions and exceptional service.
