About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Account Director to join our team at Pivotal London. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing a team of account managers and developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital media, with experience in display and paid social advertising. You will be able to effectively manage client relationships, drive new business growth, and foster a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive client growth and revenue
  • Manage a team of account managers to ensure delivery of high-quality client service
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue
Requirements
  • Proven experience in digital media, with a focus on display and paid social advertising
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
