About the Role

As a Spicerhaart Partner, you'll be responsible for building and growing your own estate agency business, working closely with our local property centre and utilising our industry-leading marketing and technology to drive success. You'll have the flexibility to work from home and in our office environment, with the support of our experienced team and access to ongoing training and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and develop your own estate agency business, working closely with our local property centre

  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences and build strong relationships with clients
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, with uncapped commission and profit share opportunities

Requirements

To be successful as a Spicerhaart Partner, you'll need to have: At least 4 years' experience in estate agency, with a proven track record of success Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth The ability to work independently and as part of a team, with flexibility to manage your own diary
