A range of positions are available for childcare practitioners within a network of nurseries in the Lancashire region. This network is eager to hire several practitioners to provide essential staffing support as needed. This role presents an excellent opportunity to broaden your experience in Early Years environments while working across various settings, potentially leading to long-term positions.

It is crucial that applicants have prior experience in the Early Years sector, enabling them to effectively support and foster children's development in real-time. Responsibilities will include organizing activities, necessitating familiarity with the curriculum to align these activities with developmental milestones, ensuring they are suitable for the children's age. Support will be provided by the room leader to assist in this process. Candidates must also be comfortable assisting children with personal care, including toileting and changing, while maintaining the child's dignity and respect.

Given the flexible nature of this role, the nursery network welcomes various availability from candidates.

All quoted pay rates include 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This position is temporary, with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent role in the future.
