About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Central Services Operations team as a Strategic Integration Project Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key part in supporting the delivery of the Insurer Operations strategy and execution of change and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Coordination
    • Ensure our Broker Operating Structure remains current and aligned with Insurer agency records, systems, statements, and performance metrics.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to support the delivery of integration projects, including preparing migration schedules for Insurers and ensuring they remain current.
    • Detect and report areas of risk and support improved performance, consistently seeking opportunities to improve operational processes.
  • Insurer Engagement
    • Reach out to Insurers to ensure creation of new or identify existing agency records and drive activation of digital products, where required.
    • Support alignment and simplification of Insurer agency records, systems, commissions, and performance metrics through regular engagement with agreed Insurers.
  • Commission Management
    • Support commission management by gathering evidence of Insurer commissions by product across the estate and sharing with the Head of Insurer Operations and Product Governance.
    • Highlight opportunities for harmonisation to support income management, good customer outcomes, fair value, regulatory obligations, automated account reconciliation, and operational efficiency.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Define and implement reports and KPIs to successfully manage and track alignment and simplification of agency operations, change management, commissions, and extranet.
    • Escalate concerns, risk, and mitigating actions.
Requirements
  • Insurance Market Knowledge
    • Insurance market knowledge and understanding, ideally from a Broker environment.
  • Operational Experience
    • Experience in an FCA regulated environment in an operational role.
  • Key Skills
    • Excellent communication, relationship management, organisational, and planning skills.
    • Ability to use initiative, be proactive, resourceful, and have excellent attention to detail.
    • Positive attitude towards change and ability to work under pressure.
    • MS Excel skills to at least intermediate level.
