About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Advanced Practitioner to join our dynamic team at DHU Healthcare, a not-for-profit community interest company providing a diverse range of services to the NHS frontline.

As an Advanced Practitioner, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our services. You will work collaboratively with our team to provide compassionate, patient-centered care and support the growth and development of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care and support to patients across various clinical settings.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to develop and implement effective care plans and services.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of our services, including the design and delivery of new initiatives.
  • Support the growth and development of our organization, including the recruitment and training of new staff.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of our quality improvement strategy.
Requirements
  • Registered Adult Nurse registered with the Nursing & Midwifery Council (NMC), Paramedic registered with the Health Care Professions Council (HCPC) or Pharmacist registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
  • Registered as an independent non-medical prescriber.
  • Counselling and communication skills.
  • Aware of current structures and developments in out-of-hours care, health, and social care.
  • Specialist clinical/technical skills.
