Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and enthusiastic Room Attendant to join our Housekeeping Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring our suites and public areas are cleaned and presented to the highest standard, creating a magical stay for our guests.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Review assignment sheets for any VIPs or special requests
  • Ensure all suites are cleaned and presented to the highest standard
  • Comply with all 5-star standards
  • Follow instructions and daily schedules from the Housekeeping Manager, ensuring all tasks are completed on time
  • Have a full knowledge of our Fire and Safety procedures
  • Provide exceptional service to all guests
  • Fully knowledgeable of personal procedures and their role as it relates to hotel policies and procedures

About You

You will be an enthusiastic, organized, and hard-working individual who can follow instructions to work independently but can also work well as part of a team. You will also be a confident communicator who prides themselves on providing excellent customer service.
