Position Details:
  • Location: Otley, Leeds
  • Salary: £23,000 - £26,000 (depending on experience)
  • Type: Permanent, fully office-based
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage purchase ledger and sales ledger, including queries and debt chasing
  • Conduct billing and bank reconciliations, including daily bank reconciliations
  • Process bank transactions and oversee monthly expenses, payment runs, and invoice processing
  • Assist with other ad-hoc duties to support financial management
Requirements:
  • Part qualified, AAT qualified, or equivalent experience
  • Familiarity with accounting software (Sage, Xero)
  • Proficiency in Excel (including Pivots, VLOOKUPS, and formulas)
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
  • Experience within a practice is advantageous
