About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Genomic Medicine Sales and Operations Analyst to join our team at Recruitics. As a key member of our commercial operations team, you will be responsible for driving commercial excellence and sales efficiency in the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase Genomic Medicine sales efficiency and effectiveness
  • Manage and analyze sales data to inform business decisions and drive growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Provide expert-level support for sales forecasting and problem-solving initiatives
  • Develop and maintain complex data analytics and reporting tools to inform business decisions
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Life Sciences, Business, or Engineering
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a commercial or sales role, with a focus on data analysis and business operations
  • Advanced Excel skills, with experience working with large datasets and complex formulas
  • Expert-level knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and reporting structures
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
  • DBS Certified Practitioner status in Problem Solving and Funnel Management
  • Experience with change management and process improvement initiatives
