About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team at HCL Waste Management as a Yard Labourer. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of our waste recycling centre.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the operation of our waste recycling centre, ensuring that all equipment is properly maintained and cleaned.
  • Participate in training programs to develop your skills and knowledge in waste management and recycling processes.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals and objectives.
  • Contribute to the upkeep of our yard, ensuring that it remains clean and tidy at all times.

Requirements:

  • Driving Licence (desirable)
  • Team player
  • Knowledge of pumps and mechanical systems (desirable but not essential)
  • Positive work attitude
  • Ability to work shifts, evenings, weekends, and overtime as required
