Position Overview: We are in search of a skilled Solutions Analyst with a proven history of overseeing and executing transformations, as well as delivering IT and technological solutions that significantly enhance the lives of individuals and communities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders and operational teams to gather and assess requirements, enabling the recommendation and definition of system and software solutions tailored to business needs.
  • Engage with stakeholders to comprehend and pinpoint existing business processes, identifying inefficiencies and redefining workflows.
  • Demonstrate a strong interest in technology, working alongside our internal Development Team, Suppliers, and Product Owners to evaluate various technical software solutions, their feasibility, and capabilities.
  • Exhibit a positive and adaptable mindset, aligning with our core values.
  • Lead large-scale projects, defining system and software solutions, supported by a solid understanding of software development methodologies.
  • Effectively manage and implement organizational change, producing clear and concise documentation to communicate analysis outcomes and recommendations.
  • Possess knowledge of Microsoft enterprise solutions, particularly Dynamics, SharePoint, and Workflow software, along with specialized knowledge of hardware and software utilized across platforms, including Azure Dev Ops and Visio.

Role Expectations: You will report to the Technology Portfolio Manager, working closely with key stakeholders to conduct thorough evaluations and analyses to identify existing process constraints and proactively address these challenges.

Gain insights into all systems and processes, understanding their interconnections and overlaps, identifying areas of inefficiency, and defining innovative solutions that yield tangible business outcomes, ultimately enhancing service delivery.

Strong communication skills are essential, as you will provide a high-quality, customer-focused service.
