In this role, you will engage with property owners and tenants to oversee the daily management of a diverse range of commercial and residential properties.


This position is distinct from estate agency work, focusing instead on managing contracted maintenance, attending client consultations, and coordinating with surveyors and contractors to address intricate issues. You will also be responsible for project management of significant works, budget preparation, generating regular reports, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements, along with various other responsibilities.
