Land Disposals Surveyor

We are seeking a highly skilled Land Disposals Surveyor to join our Land Development Team at Tarmac Trading Limited. This is an exciting opportunity to work on one of the largest land portfolios in the UK and develop your capabilities across various sectors, including residential, commercial, natural capital, and leisure.
Main Responsibilities- Assist in the disposal of development land to housebuilders, developers, and individuals across the country.
- Work closely with Development Managers to manage and develop the land and buildings property portfolio, pre and post operational use, to drive best value from Tarmac's real estate.
- Manage professional advisers and solicitors, ensuring a timely turnaround of advice to inform business decisions.
- Previous experience of valuation, property/asset management, and the property development and disposal process.
- Experience in undertaking and interpreting real estate valuation appraisals.
- Good understanding of property and land law and legal processes.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills and confidence in presenting to both internal and external parties.
