About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team at Howden Group Holdings. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting our business services, with a primary focus on requirements definition and system testing/support for multiple quote/sale websites and the underlying quote engine.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Analysis and documentation of business requirements to ensure alignment with our business objectives.
  2. Collaboration with internal Development teams and/or 3rd party suppliers to design technical solutions that meet our business needs.
  3. System testing, defect management, and support of User Acceptance Testing to ensure high-quality delivery.
  4. Support for live systems implementations and post-live assurance checks to ensure seamless transition.
  5. Day-to-day support for incident/problem resolution across multiple systems, ensuring minimal disruption to our operations.
  6. Building effective relationships with key providers, both within the Howden group and externally, to ensure fit-for-purpose solution/service provision.
  7. Liaison with Group IT and 3rd party suppliers for change/problem resolution, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  8. Engagement with key stakeholders, providing appropriate reporting on the progress of change requests/problem management.
  9. Support for other relevant activities, including provision of Management Information, office services management, and systems administration.
Working Conditions

We offer a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to work from home 3 days a week. This role is full-time with some flexibility to accommodate your needs.
