About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team at Roke. As a Business Analyst, you will play a key part in helping our clients understand their stakeholders, elicit requirements, and help craft cutting-edge services that meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a bridge between clients, stakeholders, technical, and non-technical teams
  • Deliver business analysis or consultancy projects within the National Security domain
  • Develop business cases, data models, and system requirements specifications
  • Conduct environment analysis, gap analysis, and stakeholder management
  • Implement solutions and conduct user acceptance testing

Requirements

  • Experience in Agile development, analytical thinking, and business case development
  • Strong data modeling and problem definition skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing requirements
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
