We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team at Roke. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will play a key part in helping our National Security clients understand their stakeholders, elicit requirements, and help craft cutting-edge services that meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver business analysis or consultancy projects within the National Security domain, utilizing Agile, SaFE, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Architects, Data Scientists, and Software Engineers, to deliver high-grade enterprise systems.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Conduct analysis, identify gaps, and develop recommendations to improve business processes and systems.
- Proven experience in business analysis or consultancy, with a focus on National Security.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Knowledge of Agile, SaFE, and Waterfall methodologies, with experience in delivering projects using these approaches.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
