We are seeking a dedicated Electrical Manager to become a vital part of our team at Kier Group. This role is centered around managing electrical projects within our esteemed alliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the safe execution of intricate electrical projects, ensuring adherence to quality benchmarks, budget constraints, and timelines.
- Conduct regular health and safety evaluations, document findings, and address any incidents promptly.
- Develop and assess Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS), ensuring they are effectively implemented and updated as necessary.
- Supervise subcontractors and direct labor, guaranteeing that all team members are adequately qualified and monitored.
- Work in conjunction with the Commercial Team to manage procurement processes and financial projections.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate for the Electrical Manager position will possess:
- Demonstrated experience in managing high voltage electrical projects, with a solid understanding of industry regulations.
- Relevant certifications such as CSCS/EUSR and SMSTS, along with a degree or progress towards chartership.
- Exceptional communication and leadership abilities, complemented by a valid UK driving license.
