Job Summary:
Shire Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our multidisciplinary team in a neuro rehabilitation inpatient service. The successful candidate will work with individuals with brain injury and complex needs, providing specialist neuropsychological assessments, formulating and implementing plans of treatment, and delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive neuropsychological assessments to inform treatment plans
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address cognitive, emotional, and behavioral needs
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care
- Monitor and evaluate treatment outcomes, making adjustments as needed
- Stay up-to-date with best practices in neuro rehabilitation and evidence-based interventions
Requirements:
- Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology or related field
- Experience working in neuro rehabilitation or related field
- Strong assessment and treatment planning skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
