Head of Bids Opportunity

Bridge Recruitment is seeking an experienced Head of Bids to join the team of one of our clients, a leading soft facilities company delivering high-quality solutions for cleaning, grounds maintenance, and support services within the private and public sectors.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in bid management, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the business approval process and ensure effective communication
  • Develop and maintain the bid management plan and schedule
  • Prepare and train bid members in the bid process methods
  • Manage resubmission or clarification activities through to contract award
Requirements:
  • Excellent organisation and management skills
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the housing/public sector
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • In-depth knowledge of bidding processes and procurement methodologies
