About the Role

As a member of our On-Water Maintenance crew, you will work closely with our Hobart-based Control Room to ensure the smooth operation of our feed-related equipment. This includes routine maintenance, camera checks, winch inspections, and reporting any unusual fish behavior or predator activity.

You will also respond to control room requests and attend to other lease maintenance and monitoring tasks as required.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

* A strong work ethic and attention to detail
* Well-developed communication skills
* Physical fitness and comfort working on the water
* Experience in a similar role or understanding of fish farming and record-keeping (desirable but not essential)

Licences

* Valid driver's licence
* Coxswains' ticket (desired but not essential)
