Key Responsibilities
- Deputise for Management Team: In the absence of our management team, you'll take charge and resolve any issues that arise, ensuring our high standards are maintained.
- Coordinate Team Efforts: You'll help organise and coordinate our team during busy shifts, ensuring everything runs like clockwork and our customers receive exceptional service.
- Bar Safety and Compliance: You'll be responsible for ensuring our bar is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with promptly and safely.
