Retail Team Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Team Leader to join our team. As a Retail Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing teams of up to 60 stock counters, delivering the end-to-end stock taking service while on our client's sites.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage time effectively and work without immediate supervision
- Willingness and ability to travel
- Deliver the end-to-end stock taking service
- Manage teams of up to 60 stock counters
- A Full Driving License
- Ability to work unsociable hours, including early mornings and night shifts
- Flexibility in working days per week
- Access to wages from 3 days after shift completion
- Immediate Start

This role will involve working on a variety of client sites, with shifts lengths varying. You will be required to travel to a different client site each day and may occasionally be expected to stay away from home.
