Key Responsibilities

  • Manage client requests efficiently, ensuring timely responses and a selection of top-tier options.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of each client's lifestyle preferences and requirements.
  • Gather detailed briefs from clients to ensure clarity in service delivery.
  • Conduct thorough research to identify the best solutions that exceed client expectations.
  • Consistently strive to surpass client requests with exceptional service.
  • Proactively suggest personalized lifestyle enhancements to maximize client satisfaction.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and team members, facilitating effective communication.
  • Collaborate with satisfaction ambassadors to address and resolve client concerns.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in Japanese, both written and spoken, is essential.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in hospitality, customer service, or a related field.
  • Outstanding verbal and interpersonal skills, maintaining professionalism at all times.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and resolving issues with tact.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Resourceful in providing intelligent responses to client inquiries with a commercial focus.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for delivering high standards of service.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience in the travel sector, including booking flights and accommodations, is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with GSDC systems is a plus.
  • Concierge or customer service experience is preferred.
  • Flexibility to work in rotational shifts is required.
  • Enthusiastic team players who thrive on achieving targets.
  • Understanding of luxury lifestyles and affluent clientele.
