About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a varied caseload of regulatory healthcare matters, including defending healthcare professionals and organisations in regulatory proceedings before the statutory regulators, as well as disciplinary proceedings before NHS Trusts, NHS England and other private healthcare businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a complex caseload of regulatory and inquest matters

  • Ability to manage a complex caseload and work effectively in a team
