About the Role
The Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust is seeking a highly skilled Accommodation Manager to join our team. As a key member of our facilities management department, you will be responsible for providing accommodation services to our staff, ensuring that all properties are available to let and are fit for purpose.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage the Trust's Staff Accommodation block, providing an effective and efficient support service to all residents.
- Review and increase rental charges when applicable.
- Ensure Tenancy Agreements are completed correctly.
- Monitor the performance of Cleaning Services.
- Arrange and Monitor all minor Building Maintenance.
