Door Person/Hall Porter Role

The Royal Automobile Club is seeking a highly skilled and courteous Door Person/Hall Porter to join our team in our stunning London clubhouse. As the first point of contact for our members and guests, you will be responsible for providing a warm and welcoming experience, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable visit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service, responding to member and guest queries with a smile
  • Develop and maintain a detailed knowledge of the local area, including attractions and amenities
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure a smooth and efficient service
  • Previous experience working in a similar luxurious establishment is essential
  • A valid driving licence is required
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to work as part of a team are essential
