About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Document Controller to join our team on a Fixed Term Contract for 12 months. As a key member of our Delivery team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of project and engineering files on BIM 360 Docs, ensuring compliance with relevant processes and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support project teams in managing BIM 360 projects in accordance with the Engineering BIM 360 Docs procedure.
  • Provide administrative support, including establishing review workflows, adding project team members to projects, and setting and managing permissions.
  • Deal with enquiries efficiently, professionally, and effectively within service levels.
  • Check documentation for compliance with Anglian Water and external standards.
  • Monitor project compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
  • Coach and mentor team members on the correct use of BIM 360 Docs.
  • Work with the Document Control Manager to develop procedures, guidance, and training materials.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will have previous administrative experience, a passion for detail, and strong interpersonal skills. You will be able to present to all levels of the business and have a 'can-do' attitude. Experience with presenting to all levels of the business, you will possess a 'can-do' attitude and have strong interpersonal skills. With the desire to learn and adapt to new technologies, you will utilize your strong IT skills to organize yourself and others to contribute to our overall success.
