Senior System Controls Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Controls Systems Engineer to join our team at Actemium. As a Controls Systems Integration Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering projects from start to finish, fostering great relationships with customers, suppliers, and colleagues, and producing design and test documentation.

Key responsibilities include developing PLC, HMI, and SCADA software, performing testing with customers, and carrying out on-site commissioning. You will also compile training manuals and run customer training sessions.

The ideal candidate will have intermediate-level experience with Rockwell, Siemens, or other major brands of PLC and SCADA/HMI platforms, with an appetite to learn new technologies. Several years' experience writing software and working with customers delivery projects is also essential.

As a valued member of our team, you will be highly motivated, organised, and flexible, with the ability to work unsupervised. You will also have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
