At Experis LTD, we're seeking a highly skilled Client Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for welcoming and maintaining relationships with new international employees in Rosyth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own the content and distribution of 'Welcome Packs' to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for international employees.
  • Collaborate with the Resourcing team, hiring managers, internal teams, and partners to ensure international employees are welcomed to the Rosyth site and integrated into the local community.
  • Work closely with Babcock relocation provider to ensure all necessary details are forecasted and employees are set up to use their technology.
  • Act as a conduit between payroll, HR, and the employee, providing timely and accurate support to answer queries.
  • Build communities and networking groups onsite and through relocation provider to foster a sense of belonging among international employees.
  • Develop commercial awareness and understanding to positively impact project outcomes.
  • Analyse data to inform decision-making and drive business growth.
  • Utilize MS Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to create engaging content and reports.
  • Apply problem-solving skills to resolve varied issues, collaborating with others as required.
